Annie Lennox asks what is the deal with the sidewalk etiquette lately?
Walkin on walkin on a crowded sidewalk. The suns still shining in the big blue sky, but it don't mean nothin to me. Oh let the rain come down, let the wind blow through me. I'm walkin on a crowded sidewalk with no room to pass. I've to so little patience left that it feels just like I'm walking on a crowded sidewalk. Walkin on walkin on a crowded sidewalk.
And if you're trying to slow me down, you know that I might snap. Cause if you're trying to slow me down, I know that you'll succeed. And if you want to hog the sidewalk, you're doin' it very well my dear.
Now Everyone of us was made to share the sidewalk. Everyone of us was made to pass. But you've been hoggin the sidewalk and the pain has cut too deep...So move aside from the curb and let me pass. Increase your pace or move aside...don't let me keep on walking....walking on a crowded sidewalk.
